My mom wanted a 90 minute massage, however there was only a 60 minute massage available, which was okay ! Later in the afternoon, my mom received a text explaining that they rearranged the schedule so she could receive a 90 minute massage. The fact that they remembered someone requested 90 minutes and took the time to rearrange the schedule is AMAZING !! I am impressed and blown away with the EXCELLENT customer service ! Body and Face by Kristin went above and beyond to meet their customer's need. Thank you !!

Awesome waxing experience. Very personalized and made me feel super comfortable. Also you could eat off of their floors haha! Very clean and cute place. I felt relaxed and safe. Very little pain. Also I love that they carry organic products since that is something I care a lot about and other places don’t offer. Definitely will be coming back here.
