He came over at 7:30 AM on Sunday August 16, 2020 cleaning the filters that was clogging the unit. He also didn't charge for the service saying it was under warranty.. Elmer is a very well trusted AC and heating company and for this kind of service more customers should trust him.. He also came over with his mask and gloves making sure that he complies with all Federal and State laws and regulations regarding this pandemic. I was surmised and surprised that my dear friend looked like an AC robber with his masks and gloves. “Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“

My central air was broken on the main floor of my house, he assessed the whole unit and told me it would be 1 out of 3 problems. Gave me pricing for each before he continued his work so I knew what the minimum and maximum the project would cost. No hidden fees, hidden charges, etc. Hard to find good vendors, but would recommend him to anyone.“

“Tom and Olympic Heating did a Herculean job. I was told my Central Air Unit was broken and I needed to replace both the compressor and the air handler for a lot of money - which we didn't have at the time. I was told this by several companies. Tom said, our units were good units and could probably be repaired - he came out and sure enough was able to fix it. Then they came out to do full maintenance, and releveled the units - and we have Central Air working again. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend their services.“

Whenever I needed assistance with my HVAC system it seemed to be an emergency and every time I called they'd show up same or next day to fix the issue. “I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions.
