Very pleased with Jonathan. I had him come out to do a cleaning and inspection of the fireplace in our new home. After he checked everything out, he told me he didn't think a cleaning was needed, but he would be happy to do one if I wanted. He provided me with immediate feedback on the status of the chimney, a few recommendations to keep everything operating safely and answered the questions I had. We will certainly be calling him again when we are in need of a cleaning!
Jonathan has been so wonderful. He is honest, responsive, and fixed my fireplace panel and did a great fireplace cleaning for a really good price. While he is busy (which makes sense because he is great), I would definitely recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Paul redid my chimney today and it turned out great! He worked all day, even during the rain. He took down the old blocks, cleaned the area, and put up new blocks, flashing, a crown, and a cap. He also checked the liner at the request of my mother. I’m happy he was able to squeeze me into his schedule and even sooner than expected.
