“Because our 60 year old chimneys were built horribly and really never properly maintained, they finally crumbled so badly toxic fumes were filling our house, and our heat and hot water were forced to be shut off until the necessary repairs were made. I called multiple chimney companies who couldn't come to see what was going on for more than 36 hours and also wanted to charge upwards of $400 just to confirm what the fire department and oil company had already photographed and confirmed. Then I found Joe. He came as soon as he could that same day, inspected for free, and provided an estimate on the spot. He was beyond friendly, honest, and communicative throughout this horrifying and unexpected situation. He and his team arrived literally to the minute he said they would on the day of repairs, and they worked essentially nonstop for an entire day to get everything done as quickly yet thoroughly as possible. The team dynamic spoke volumes about the quality and integrity of Joe's leadership. After talking with more experienced home owning friends than myself and my husband, we found Joe's prices to be beyond reasonable especially considering the incredible customer service and quality of work.
