Had an eye exam done at LensCrafters however their product was too expensive even with my insurance. Went to Warby Parker was assisted immediately. The person who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly and no bs like you get with other eyeglass places. With choosing a frame and looking up my insurance, the whole process was done in less than half hour. Will definitely be going back next time I need new eyeglasses.

The doctor exam was stellar. She spent time with me, explaining her findings. I felt at ease. When it was time to choose frames, the staff spent time helping me choose the best style and fit. Customer service is everything!
