This has been my go to for years. I feel the staff is friendly, the establishment is clean and I love their gel manicures. Shout out to Sabrina and Anna they are fantastic. My issue is that whenever I have an appointment they take walk ins over me and make me wait. (Literally they will move people around mid manicure to take someone off the street and make me wait) It is beyond rude. Unfortunately I had to switch salons because it’s happened multiple times. I wish them the best luck but this is no longer my go to :(

It's a beautiful, spacious salon. Very clean and all personnel wear masks. My gel manicure is gorgeous and still looks good 3 weeks later. The staff are bright and friendly and we had a great, fun conversation. Now that's a plus!

Terrible service. Manicurist did not even cut cuticles she was too rushed wanted to finish so she could make time for her spa pedicure appointment Helen is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She Will only speak to select customers. What used to be an excellent nail salon is now a below average run-of-the-mill trying to grab as much business as they can without any customer service They increase their prices yet cut back on services Pushing back and cutting cuticles for a manicure and pedicure are normally part of basic services For the nail technician to lie about cutting the cuticle is absolutely ridiculous The customer is sitting right there watching the person do the pedicure of course you're going to notice There are much better salons to go to in Garden City Garden City South West Hempstead and Garden City Park all in the local area.
