“I was unhappy with my local nail place, so I decided to try V Spa, which is a short walk from my office. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The tech (I think her name was Na Na) did a GREAT job on my powder gel mani and was so sweet. Strangely, about 2 hours after I got home, the powder chipped when I was opening a container. I went back the next day on my lunch break to have it fixed, and it was corrected quickly (by Gigi) and no questions asked. The staff remembered by name from the day before.
