Highly recommended!! In the hectic real estate market of 2021- my buyers offer was accepted at 945 one evening and the sellers were adamant about getting an inspection done the next day! After calling 6 inspectors—Marc saved the day! He squeezed us into his already packed schedule. Marc was there prior to our 1pm inspection getting the outside completed. He thoroughly inspected the house and made the buyers completely comfortable with their future transaction. The report was sent within a few hours of inspection.
