I can’t say enough about my experience at Professional Physical Therapy. My therapist was thorough, helpful and very professional! In fact, the whole staff worked effectively and were very attentive to any questions or needs that I had and always greeted you with a smile….you were always welcomed! My therapist took the time to explain my situation and recommended additional exercises I could do at home to work in concert with my treatment plan. I always felt like I mattered and not just another patient. I felt comfortable in asking questions or discussing concerns that I might have. Overall, a very well organized establishment. I would highly recommend them!
The folks at the Leominster location helped me as no one else ever has. My therapists, CJ and sometimes Tina were amazing! They tailored my program to fit my needs and checked in frequently to adjust things to address specific or recurring issues. I can now say I'm pain free after years of chronic pain. I'm amazed, to be honest, but also so very grateful. They'll also see me if I need to address an emerging issue, if I have one, but I'm confident for the first time ever, that I'm healed from the nerve damage causing my pain. Always exceptionally professional, friendly, empathetic. The team here are outstanding. Always always my first choice for care from Tyler, Stephanie, Aiden, and the others. Front desk helpful and welcoming.
