“Very clean facility. Really nice, attentive, and professional staff. Extremely knowledge as well! I am currently working with Chris, he has been EXTREMELY helpful. I’m currently recovering from a knee surgery (4th one on the same knee) and he has been really great in teaching me about exercises and explaining why they’re helpful and how to efficiently do the exercise. He is very kind and personable. I also trust him a lot with my recovery process and I feel safe and comfortable with their exercises and how they challenge me in my recovery journey. Even if I seem like I may be facing difficulty, Chris is there and lets me know that if I am about to fall or feeling unwell that he will be there to assist if I can’t complete the exercise full out. I am truly beyond glad + grateful my doctor recommended me to come to this facility. I feel my knee getting stronger day to day.“
