Receptionist for scheduling a Dr are borderline mentally challenged. Asked me the same questions over and over only to put me on hold, transfered to another only to ask me the same questions and tell me everything is booked.
The doctor was nice but terrible overall experience My study showed I needed a CPAP. which took several months to receive. I tried to use it however the type and size was not right causing me to not use it. I called the office several time to discontinue use and was told I’d get a call back but never did . After 6 weeks I finally received a return label to ship it back.
Not surprised this office only gets 3 out of 5 stars. Just sat in their office for an hour with no explanation or apology for the delay. As we approached the end of office hours I had no confidence I'd get the help I need with a significant sleep issue. When I said I was leaving the staff didn't apologize but just said "ok." Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.
