I've been to this massage envy a few times and the service is always great. However DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. I've been calling for over week to have my membership canceled and no manger ever seems to ever be available. They keep saying my info is been passed on to a manager and they'll give me a call and no one has reached out to me. I've emailed customer support and still no manager has reached out. This entire process is incredibly frustrating.

I’ve never had a massage before and the staff and environment made the experience amazing! The receptionists were very sweet and helpful, and my massage therapist Annalisa was wonderful, I highly recommend booking with her! Cannot wait for my next session.

Olga is amazing she gives the best facials. My face started to clear up with just the first facial I got with her. I have been going to massage envy for three plus years but wow Olga is the best!
