Okay, so my star review is about the people who work here. They are forced to be both the photographers, the sales people, and the front desk. They are horribly understaffed but still are kind, deliver great photo shoots and take care or everyone. The problem with this is tired cranky babies who are waiting for the session, then waiting for a long time after the session to review pictures. None of this is the fault of the people working there it's the fault of their employer who won't pay to staff them properly. They desperately need a receptionist who can check people in and do sales. Shame on JCpenny for making this photographers do three iobs and making the customers...read full review
The wait is insane, even with appointments. They should manage the time better, arrived a few minutes before 5:30pm my appointment, didn’t take picture until 7:46pm. The front desk lady kept saying in 30 minutes, the next round, no one wants to be rushed in their sessions,etc. Then, schedule less appointments and everyone has a better experience!
I had such a great time! Shout out to Marissa for being the best photographer ! She was so patient and kind especially since we had our newborn and dog with us. She was able to take the best photos of our baby girl even with her crying inbetween every shot.
