Reminded me of the owner of Minuteman printing on Main St. in the town of Farmingdale, who threatened to call the police if I didn't leave his store. We had number of technology issues, especially with a brand new and expensive printer, which was really frustrating. We also had issues with our cell phones performance and the phones connectivity to our computers - both work and personal. Paul took each component one at a time and worked his way through. He explained to my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing to resolve. That included 3 cell phones, 2 computers and the new and expensive printer.
