“This is my second time coming to Brenda's Dream Salon. It has been a year since my first visit and she remembered whom I was. Her and her daughter are so warm and welcoming! Brenda took her time with my curly hair and showed me the techniques she used to bring out the full life, body and springyness to my curls. “I had a great customized massage at LifeSpa. I told the massage therapist, Melissa, that I had a decrease in my range of motion of my right shoulder for one year. She mentioned it may be a frozen shoulder. During the massage, she spent about 10-12 minutes on my right shoulder. There was some discomfort, but I figure it was because of underlying inflammation. After the massage I regain about 85% of my range back and did not have any pain. I hugged her at the end because I've been suffering for a year.
