“Excellent service, clean, well organized store, and they have beautiful porcelain tiles including 48" x 103-104" porcelain slabs. I bought gorgeous 24"x48" large format tiles for a bathroom and powder room.Tip: bring home a couple of tiles to see what they will look like in the room where you will install them. The store has daylight lighting probably 6000k or 5000k. I bought beautiful large format tiles for the walls of a powder room but they look much darker when installed in a small room with a 3000k bulb. I wish I bought the really large format tiles which were much more expensive but was a much lighter color.“

“This 5-star review is for the Bayside, NY, N-Hance group and specifically for Ken Wang who organized, priced, oversaw and performed some of the work himself. The only complaint I might offer is that the work took longer than expected-- 4 weeks instead of 2. However, I found the individual workers to be friendly, courteous, careful of our home and attentive to our concerns. The work performed is exemplary and essentially we have a new kitchen. N-Hance refinished all of our cabinets, added slow-close hinges on all cabinets and drawers, completely recreated a pantry cabinet with pull-out shelves and repainted the entire kitchen with white walls and off-white moulding. We were able to make some changes after things got underway including adding more pull-out shelves and N-Hance was able to accommodate us without an issue. All in all, I'm very pleased with our decision to go with N- Hance and Ken Wang of the Bayside, NY N-Hance.“

“I should have written this review a few weeks ago, but I found it difficult to find the correct glowing words to use in this review. We first went to Carpets & Us on April 1, 2024 via a recommendation from a friend. While working with Nancy and Carol I received a telephone call that my brother had passed away. I had never met these two wonderful ladies, but that afternoon I received a condolence food delivery from Ben's arranged by Carpets & Us. (I had never used them before: just met them: and they spent their time and money to express a condolence to a stranger.) My wife and I spent hours at Carpets & Us looking at samples and having Nancy send swatches to the house. We finally settled on a carpet and the price at Carpets & Us was more than competitive. As great as Nancy and Carol are, the installer that they use, Wilson, was equally as fantastic. Wilson and his brother George install carpets, paint, and perform numerous other jobs. They are my "go to" folks. Needless-to-say, I highly recommend Carpets & Us to anyone!“

“I stopped in to Cancos in Hicksville one day to look at tile for our new kitchen project that we were working on. I did not have any idea what to do with a small piece of quartz that I liked in my hand to show someone for help to match a tile too. There we met a lovely very professional saleswomen named Salika Stinson. She was not only patient with me she was extremely helpful and listened to exactly what my vision was and what I thought I needed to make my kitchen project come together beautifully. We were very tired and confused as to what to do because we had just moved into this home. Salika realized how much this kitchen meant to me and that I needed to feel better about what I was doing in this kitchen and how to match the decor so it goes with the rest of my new home. Not only was she pleasant and patient she knew exactly what tile to show us to go with that small piece of quartz and how to match things to it so that my kitchen would come out as beautiful as I imagined it could be. Everything she suggested was perfect and so beautiful and went together amazingly. I even called her after that day for help and she was just as helpful and kind. Thanks to Salika and her amazing talent for design, knowledge and color my kitchen has turned out so beautiful and matches the rest of my home beautifully. I would recommend Salika to anyone who really does not know where to start with their home project she really is amazing at design and Cancos needs to know she is an asset to their company. They are very lucky to have her in their Hicksville store. I did call to tell them this already. I also want to mention the very polite and helpful young lady named Eugenia who helped us at the register. So friendly and again an asset to Cancos. Our whole experience at the Hicksville store has been wonderful. We are past customers of Cancos in Commack as well. The salespeople and the quality of their tile are the best.
