New management is sassy and acts like there aren't ten other salons near by. It's a mediocre job and they never have time, don't take walk ins and it's like HOW? I only try to make appts Bc it's walking distance from my job but somehow they don't have time EVER. Also, stop using the text option if you are not checking it. Bring back old management who were flexible and actually accommodated the customers.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Diva Lab. The nail tech and also owner Ty was so personable and warm. I was getting a gel french pedicure and it came out wonderful. All the lines were the same thickness and I loved the pink shade she recommended for my skin tone. She is very serious about the cleaniless of the establishment and is appointment only which I liked a lot. In these covid times you don't want that many people around anyway. I already made an appointment for my husband to have his nails groomed and refered my girlfriend who is looking for a nail tech to service her for her wedding. I have been a customer of this professional Black owned business for four years. I look forward to my time at The Diva Lab. Tah & Ms Rita are both professional, extremely creative, and promote clean safe environment.
