I've completed my 8th session and I can already see and feel the difference ? The team at F45 Herricks are awesome!! They really motivate and encourage you to push yourself (never too much of course) past your comfort zone. Every class is different, so you are never bored. And everyone taking the class is cool too! Definitely, give it a try...and from May 6-May 12, it's Mark Wahlberg Week, so it's free! (Check the location near you to make sure)

After 5 classes ... I can say that they have a very supportive and engaging staff, the workouts are definitely challenging and always different which I enjoy, and the ambience is great and welcoming! Definitely recommend!!! ???

I found this amazing group through IG and it took me a while to join I was very hesitant and reluctant till I finally decided yes I am going to try (with me having a medical condition) and I must say after 10 classes I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT REGRET THIS DECISION it’s one of the best things I have done in my life towards my goal in healing the staff is beyond friendly super knowledgeable most importantly very very patient. I know it’s super early in the program but I can tell it’s the right one for me and I continue looking forward to my classes.
