“We had the best home improvement experience with Carlos! We were planning to replace the sidings, install stone veneers for the entrance, and install new gutters and downspouts for the whole house. We interviewed a couple of contractors, and Carlos is the most responsive one. He is easy to communicate, always responds fast via text or call. I am very detail focused and spent some time choosing the color of sidings, gutters, aluminum etc, and Carlos was super patient and helpful and he texted me a lot of photos to help me make the decision. I had asked a few other contractors for quotes but they were all jacks of all trades but masters of none. Bob King is a master at concrete. He specializes in concrete and brick work.
Bob is the owner and boss. But he works on site with his team and make sure the job is done right. Prices are reasonable too.

George and Kris provided a step by step overview of the project and even provided samples of the material that would be used.

“Above Remodeling is puts quality above all else.. The ARC team goes out of their way to ensure all details are handled with care and great attention to detail. While I did not end up hiring them do work on my house, my experience was like no other; the scope of work was not a fit for them and they explained the cost would be much lower if I went a different route. It is so rare to find someone so honest/ethical in this industry. Rather than turning down my project- they went so far as to introduce me to a few people that would be a better fit for me given the scope of work and my budget. “I am so glad I found Mike and his team....I took a risk and hired him for a basement renovation based solely on his Google reviews. He did not disappoint! He took a lot of care in his work and was thoughtful in his recommendations. While the work ended up taking a bit longer and requiring a bigger budget than anticipated, it was understandable considering that our old basement was not well taken care of and had issues we discovered when walls were taken down (e.g., fraying electrical wires and rotting wood beams).
