Does not treat tenants well, epically those who are elderly. Maintenance men are disrespectful and threaten tenants. Unlawfully withholds the return of security deposits. I moved out 4 years and and left the apartment spotless, I even took a video walk through to prove it. Never received my security deposit back after months of reaching out. Just learned residents who have recently moved out have not received theirs either. How are you still in business?

Deadbeat who doesn’t pay subcontractors or even finish the house half the time...so many better choices anywhere else just ask any person who ever had to buy one of those moldy garbage houses
