The front desk staff helped tremendously and efficiently when our poor puppy needed help. We were in a panic unsure if it was an emergency and they gave us recommendations to follow before making a trip to the clinic. We tried it all and by the time the issue resolved we made it to the clinic and he was fine. We were not billed as the issue resolved on its own and everyone was very nice and helpful
