I've never had any problems w Johnsons in the over 15 years we've been using them. They even tolerate going way in the back through shrubs and under trees ti fill out the tank!

I had the same problem as many of the reviews about lack of delivery. Was with them for eight years with great service. This fall that changed. I just finished changing companies. I will give them credit that they picked up their tanks and refunded my leftover propane in a very very quick time frame. So I give them credit for that.

Started using propane in 2017. Johnston Propane installed my 500 Gallon tank with a remote level sensor. They show up on time, every time when the level gets to 30%. They are ethical, professional, friendly, and offer the best fair price for their product.

The Johnston family has been providing safe, reliable propane services to families and businesses since 1936. We pride ourselves on our knowledgeable, personalized service that few other propane suppliers can match. Johnston’s Propane evolved from Johnston’s Hardware which was started in 1875. After World War I, Johnston’s Hardware began selling propane appliances such as cook stoves, water heaters and heating stoves. They also sold the propane to fuel these appliances which was delivered in 100 lb cylinders to customer’s home by pick-up truck.
