I worked with Patrick from Integrity Plumbing and Drain Cleaning after a sewage backup in my basement. He was at my house within 24 hours to address the problem. He used a camera to investigate what was happening within the pipes and then jetted the system to clear it out. He kept me informed every step of the way, including showing me the camera feed the entire length of the pipes so that I could see the problem areas. His work was excellent and he took as much time as needed to thoroughly answer my questions about what had happened and what might happen in the future, given the condition of the pipes. I highly recommend Integrity Plumbing in Fulton, NY. Patrick is very knowledgeable, he responds promptly, the job gets done quickly, and prices are very reasonable. I've had to call numerous times for various issues with the old plumbing in my house, and he always gets things flowing. He's also made a few recommendations for tools I can purchase and things I can do to resolve issues myself. He takes care of his customers! 10/10 stars!
