Had a great check up with Doctor Dingman she and the whole staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to explain why and what is being done. best visit to any kind of Doctor I have had since my last visit there. Thank you guys and know that your efforts are apricated.
Dr. Digman is the best! I came to Dr. Digman several years ago with some unusual eye issues and she has been instrumental in achieving a resolve. She is a genuine person, and a wonderful clinician who actually listens to the patient! She takes her time with you and involves you with decisions about your care.Also, the support staff is very nice and friendly.The office and examination rooms are clean and organized and wait times are not very long. Highly recommend Eye Consultants of Syracuse.
I recommend this office 100%I brought my son in a few weeks ago. He was having some issues and they were able to get him in with the new doctor. We had a wonderful experience from check in, to exam, to check out. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and pleasant. They made sure my 13 year old knew what was happening and that he was comfortable.I can honestly say that I am completely perplexed by these bad reviews. The only thing I can think is that maybe the bad experiences were from a long time ago? It's odd how similar they all sound ?
