“My father and sister and my husband and I live across the street from each other. We watched the work Mr. Bront and his team did on another neighbor's driveway. We were impressed and asked him to give us an estimate on both of our driveways. He gave us an estimate to dig up driveways and totally replace them, including some widening and work to decrease any puddling. We gave him our deposits. This was on September 4th. He gave us an estimated time frame of the 2nd week in October that he would be out with his crew to do both of our driveways. That time-frame came and went with no call from Mr. Bront. We called multiple times as did my sister and dad. He answered each of our calls once and said that he had forgotten. He said he had the contracts but couldn't remember where they were. He told both of us that he would be out the following week. The week of Halloween. He never showedUPDATE: Mr. Bront showed up to do the 3 driveways in our small neighborhood last week (November 19th) which included our 2 driveways and another neighbor's. After talking to some of his workers and Mr. Bront himself it seems as though they were quite overbooked this fall. He came back to our neighborhood to do them all at once. All in all the quality of the work is superior, as we witnessed earlier in the summer with other neighbors driveways. We are quite happy with the work. Though we did express our displeasure to Mr. Bront regarding his tardiness and lack of returning calls, to which he did apologize profusely for, we offered to come back to this review and update our ratings based on the work we received. We have to give him a 5 star rating. This guy and his crew know what they are doing and do it well. It is understandable why he was so booked this year. Thanks for making good on the contract E.R.
