I took a ~10 year old Dell 3020 (Windows 7 OS) to CPU Unlimited"s chief problem solver, Tiffany. The computer was not booting up when switched on. She was to either decide that it was repairable and could be repaired or was ready for disposal. She quickly looked over my computer, making sure that the memory cards were secured and other connections were making good electrical contact and functioning. Tiff fixed my son's chromebook with a basic reboot. And worked on my daughter's gaming laptop, I didn't think there was any hope but she said she can fix it. GREAT JOB Thank you
