Mark and his grandson came out to pump the septics at my house and a rental I own. They seemed to spend the time to really look down the opening and pumped out what needed to be pumped out. I made the appointment over the phone in advance. He showed up on time. No complaints. Not pushy about getting septic pumped every two years (like Gaggle does). 3-4 years works for 1-2 people households.

Mark’s sage observation that there was a dip in my service line provided to be spot-on. Subsequent excavation revealed a large rock ontop of it.This solved a decade of speculation and worry about weird system behavior. He figured it out in minutes. His advice is absolutely priceless.

Great fellow! Professional and personable. Mr. Thomas arrived on time and was very thorough in servicing our septic. He took time to clean it well and to assess the condition of the septic. We will definitely call him for the next servicing.
