I couldn't be more impressed. I went in with AWFULLY damaged bleached white hair with bad roots, in the matter of 3 hours Jen changed it completely and got it to where I wanted it and I honestly was completely surprised she was able to do it in one sitting. I've had some awful salon experiences. I now won't go anywhere else
