If I could give zero stars I would. Nancy promised 4 people and only 2 showed up. They broke a window (The hinge part not glass so I didn't notice right away) and barely cleaned 3 of the rooms when it was supposed to be a deep clean. I paid close to $500 and was furious. When I texted Nancy and showed pictures of the dirt and uncleaned area she gave me a small discount, but it still was a total rip off. This happened a few years ago, but I feel it's important to let other people know. She recently private messaged me when I asked for cleaning recommendations and when i reminded her of what happened she didn't remember any of it. The workers were very apologetic... read full review

I have used this cleaning service for a monthly clean starting about 4 months ago. We lost our beloved long-time house cleaner in July and I was very nervous about hiring a company as I have had bad experiences in the past. But Green Clean has been consistently very good, excellent communication, accommodating, and very good high quality cleanings. So far so good!Service: Standard cleaning

I don't know what products they used, but the house still reeks of intensely strong chemicals/perfumes the day after cleaning. I've been trying to air it out for the past 30 hours, which is a miserable business given how cold it is outside.If you go with this service, some Spanish may be helpful if you want to communicate nuances to the people who show up to clean.The one guy did bring inside slippers rather than wearing his outdoor shoes inside, which was a nice touch.The parts they did clean were very thoroughly done, at least, but not worth the perfume/chemical headaches.Don't forget about tax and tip, ends up being more expensive than you expect by... read full review
