Called and booked their services, my unit was not working, they immediately charged my card and gave me a 5hr window for la technician. 10mins after the 5hrs I called to find out when will a technician be there only to be told , "technician will not be able to make it today, so can we come tomorrow." Had I not called I wouldn't know no one is coming. Now they want me to wait 2-5 business days to get my money back. Dispatcher was rude and loud, would never recommend this company.Service: Repair HVAC
