The installation was completed in a timely, efficient manner and Quan and his team were very patient in explaining the operation of the system.

Elm Air did a wonderful job installing my unit inside and outside my house. Very professional and friendly installers. In addition Elm Air provided me with the paperwork and instructions so that I could obtain my rebates. They couldn’t have made thing any easier for me. And everything was left clean. Elm air Conditioning and Scott O deserve a shout out for their recent installation. It was completed when promised. The installation team was thorough and clean. And importantly, our home is now cool again. I have used them for the past 15 years and highly recommend them. After the installation, they made sure everything was as promised, and all paperwoprk for rebates etc was sent to me. A pleasure to deal with.
