I was reading the positive reviews of Elm Air and I agree with them all. Elm does have quality equipment to offer, staff and installers that are professional, clean and attentive to their clients needs, and are experienced in what are doing. I have the best reccomendation, though, by far! I just bought my 2nd central AC compressor from the SAME GUY at Elm Air 25 YEARS AGO !

Elm Air was recommended to me by my contractor and they did not disappoint. I was renovating a condo and expected to have to replace both air conditioning condensers but upon examination, only one needed to be replaced - the other just needed to be serviced which saved me a lot of money. In addition, Elm also added heat to my downstairs using existing ductwork to minimize the cost. All was done perfectly the first time and they showed up when they said they were going to show up which does not always happen. And I compared prices and Elm was very competitive with the others I got quotes from. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.
