1170 Central Ave Suite # 100, Dunkirk“Lily just gave me a spa manicure. Not only did she do an exceptional job with the hand and arm massage, she did a neck and shoulder massage. I don’t if that’s normal, but it was exquisite! Forgive my chubby fingers, but the manicure was done without damaging the cuticle, no bloodshed (some techs are too aggressive), and the polish applied flawlessly. This is regular polish, not gel.
