I had an appointment at your Fredonia office on 3/25/2023 at 10:00 a.m. with Elisabeth Curtis. I had used Turbo Tax to do my taxes for the last 15 years but they have become to expensive so I choose EG Tax. My complaint is with Elisabeth Curtis. This lady mubbles along talking to herself not explaining anything. When I started asking questions she got short with me raising her arms in the air (check your camera's) and said,"Don't you know the difference between a standard deduction and an itemized deduction?!" Great people ! Friendly staff. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg like some of the nation wide tax preparers, that charge you extra for every form they fill out other than basic W2 info. Will be my tax preparer for yrs to come
