Dr Bila is hands down the best. Personable. Down to earth. Kind. Friendly. I've been going to her for over a year and have nothing but good things to say!! I also love Nikki, and so do my kids. She's the sweetest and always at the front desk with a smile. Love you gals!!!!

Messed up my left hip and l5-s1 during a deadlift. With first session gave me mobility back so I could recover pain free. Has me right as rain within a few weeks, and back to deadlifting within a month. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.
