Disano's installed an awning on the home my wife and I purchased before we moved in. When we moved in, we discovered the awning was broken and not functional. We have e-mailed Disano's, and called on three separate occasions over the past month with no acknowledgement whatsoever. A little tired of hearing "leave a message and we will call you back"
