Terrible customer service. Bought an awning from this company and it didn’t fit properly because he measured wrong. Guy doesn’t know how to satisfy customers when things go wrong. When a company asks you to make suggestions on how to satisfy you, you know you’re in trouble. Doesn’t keep his promises or his appointments. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

John recovered my seat for my Harley. He also changed the color to match the the gold flake in the paint. John met with us twice to go over step by step details. It was also done on time. Excellent work ethic and customer service. Thanks again. Highly recommend.
