“Dr. Ken is the most gentle compassionate Veterinarian I've ever met. He helped me when I had to put my little dog down and he sent me a condolence card written by his own hand I teased him I said I knew it was him that wrote the card because like every doctor you can't understand anything. They write.. Now I have a new pup and I brought him there when he was eight weeks old and now we're off and running on a new adventure and I wouldn't do it without him , Dr. Ken and his staff are very compassionate, very knowledgeable and act like my dog is the only dog that they take care of. “I took my cats to this vet hospital for many years and found the staff to be very competent and caring. It is often difficult to find a good vet for one's beloved pets and this medical facility was the only place I would go when I lived on Long Island. Dr. McCormack, in particular, is a very good doctor and an all around nice person. The vet technicians are also very helpful and kind. The front desk personnel are also very kind and interested in the pets and the pets' families. I miss living on Long Island for many reasons, but not havaing Harborside to turn to when my cats are not well is one of the biggest concerns I have now. I would recommend this place and often do!!“

“Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.“

“My cat Cora this year, had recently been diagnosed with an aggressive type of cancer which was located in her mammary gland, we had to do back to back visits from blood work to surgery and I cannot thank Doctor Harris enough for the work and effort she’s put in. She is pretty much the only person I can trust to deal with Cora one on one especially since my cat can be extremely aggressive and won’t hesitate to scratch or bite. If you are looking for a vet that is affordable and reasonable with her pricing and cares for your animals as if they were her own, you should definitely consider Doctor Harris. If you have anything wrong with your pet this is the place to go as well as well care. Dr. P is also a skilled surgeon this is why I travel from queens as it's worth the peace of mind and care my pets receive. Every single staff member are all fantastic as well. “Had to come back to update. PLP is still amazing. Now all 3 of our dogs have been patients here and 2 have since gone over the rainbow bridge. Most recently our Tito. We are always treated as if we are important. They work with our schedules as much as they can and prioritize their animals. “I called to make an appointment and was given early the next day. When I arrived, I was welcomed warmly. The waiting area was spotless and had a beautiful fish tank my cat loved looking at. I saw the doctor quickly and she was great. She looked over my cat, gave me thorough instructions for after care, and even gave me some free Royal Canin cans for my cat. I will absolutely go back.“
