The Lotus Center Massage Therapy

Wow,my very time ever getting a massage. I have had pain in my arm and shoulder, for a few months, didn't wanna got to the Drs, so instead I made a call to The Lotus Center, well got to the appointment, and got my massage after only a 30 minute session, I felt a big difference, I could move my arm at full range!!! My pain turned into a ache. Val showed me what to also do at home to help. I definitely recommend the Lotus Center. Val is 100% on point with a massage. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Val Thank you for an awesome very first ever massage!!!.
