Terry and his employee are the best!!!! They responded to an urgent call to replace the broken connection at our electric meter. They showed up promptly and were very professional and very very patient. The day was very frustrating because national grid of course did not commit to their time part of the bargain and they continue to patiently wait with me throughout the day in the extreme heat and just became kind of like part of the family sitting chatting in the shade tree tolerating my dogs wanting to play ball. Terry came out and fixed an issue with my daughter’s ceiling fan light that turned out to be an easy solution, rather than me spending more money on a whole new fan after already replacing the light kit. I appreciate so much not only his honest work, but that he came out when we are selling our home during a pandemic! He had a mask and was ready to go! Thanks again, Terry!
