When we first bought our house we thought this chimney would be the DEATH of us, It was a complete nightmare!!! AFTER many failed attempts to find someone reliable and knowledgeable, we stumbled upon Fiddler On The Roof Chimney Sweep. Don, tore down, discarded and rebuilt our chimney beautifully! He is a hard working, genuine guy! What once was a headache, is now a relief! We would recommend his services any day, Thank you so much!!!!!
Fiddler on the Roof installed our wood stove insert and did an amazing job! When the wood stove is going the fuel oil gauge doesn't move! Thanks Don!😎
Being new to any area can be daunting for all the services you need. Google definitely doesn't help. FotRCS was recommended by multiple people in a few minutes after I posted for recommendations in a mom group. Our family does our best to shop local and mom and pop services; I was sold once I learned this was a husband-and-wife team. As soon as I called, I felt welcome which was a change from the various other companies I called (contractors, medical, HVAC, etc). I was greeted, related to, and felt respected. On the day of the inspection, Don was wonderful. Unfortunately for him things were a hot mess for us! I was a few minutes behind schedule but that didn't seem to be an issue for him. While he was here, I got a call from the doctor's office and had to run. I felt like I rushed him out the house, but he was completely understanding and gave me so much information about my fireplace in the time we had. He was open to answering any questions I had also to instructing and starting the fire himself. I felt terrible that I rushed out and that the appointment didn't get the attention I thought it deserved so I called to apologize. I tell you; I have not had this nice or long of a conversation that didn't miss a beat in so long. It was like Naomi and I were friends for years and out for coffee.
