“When I first met Claire I had no brows and a large forehead, which made having no brows look even crazier. I found Claire at Laurel on Instagram back in 2019 and obsessed over her content of the most gorgeous and natural and PERFECT brows I'd ever seen. She came at a small price but I knew the work she did was the best I'd find anywhere else. Also, she's warm and lovely and caring and cool and has a soft touch with heavy machinery. I've been consistently going to Jenny for a year and she is so sweet and always delivers. Other places have rotating lash technicians who get your set done quickly within an hour, but Jenny always takes time to apply the full set and that makes me feel like she really cares about giving you the best lashes. I highly value places and people who make you feel like an individual client rather than just another customer, especially since those experiences aren't easy to come by in NYC.
