The doctors are always amazing but can’t say the same for the receptionists. They’re always almost rude and unpleasant to even make an appointment. Sometimes you have to wait hours just to make an appointment which is ridiculous. Wish it was easier to make appointments but it’s impossible when most of the time they don’t even pick up the phone.
Came with major concerns discomfort & pain. Left feeling less so with promise of feeling more comfortable with confidence. Have always recieved above to excellent & professional service. Dr Moss & her team give excellent care & don't rush you out & listen in detail, but deliver great service. Feel a lot better as advised today. Bravo & keep up the great work!
update: phone hold times are nuts so im docking a star. dermatology doesnt answer the phone, some other dept does, so they have to transfer you and then you just wait and wait. the hold message is "your call is important to us. we realize your time is valuable. we'll be with your momentarily..." and yet youre on hold for minutes waiting and waiting for someone to take your quick call. I've been on hold for over 8 minutes now just waiting to cancel an appointment and Im going to hang up, make an appt somewhere else, and send them an email to cancel.
update: had to come back again a year later, saw ray again, he fixed a minor issue in like a minute. phew. this...read full review
