I've also experienced an utter disregard for delicate clothing. They washed AND DRIED my 1920s vintage silk dress.I had left my phone number INSIDE the laundry bag. If y'all had questions or needed clarification, was it really that difficult to simply call and ask?What person that works with clothing every day can honestly say they didn't know you can't throw silk in the wash?!
Hippodrome has been one of the few dry cleaners who would both pick up and drop off in my somewhat out-of-the-way neighborhood, and they have always delivered good service. I hope they will make a small pick-up this week!
