Never received a true response to receive a tour of apartment building. Remote receptionist answer calls and relay messages. The community I drove through for a personal look was nice. The buildings are clustered in one area of a safe zip code in Orange, NJ.

I can't say enough about Jillian's professionalism and attention to detail. Our apartment was sold in record time, she expertly handled all details of the sale and followed through each step of the way with care. Her advice on pricing, staging, etc. was spot on. Jillian really knows the industry well and exceeded our expectations. She was a true pleasure to work with! You don't need to look any further for a broker.

I had an amazing experience. I tried looking for an apartment to buy for a very long while and trying to move to Forest Hills was hard. I Decided to try Benjamin Realty because a friend referred me and I am happy I did. They helped me find the perfect COOP right away. The apartment was perfect for what I was looking for. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that kept me informed throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend.
