“Carlos and his team are excellent professionals. We live in a 2 story historic building in Brooklyn, NY - flatroof, and originally I just noticed some leaks in the top floor and pooling in the back. They very gentle recommended to redo the roof - we did it - and discovered the roof was probably at least 60 years old! never replaced with no insulation. They quickly brought the supplies and did the roof in 1.5 days! A huge feat. They replaced the skylights as well and this whole time were in excellent communication and very good at problem solving. Sent estimate and invoice electronically and they stand by their word at the quality of their roofs. II highly recommend them. Super pro.“

“We chose Ross Windows after receiving quotes from several companies. As mentioned in prior reviews, the company's owner himself did the initial inspection and measuring work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing various options that would help reduce street noise in a ground floor apartment and provide good insulation against outdoor temperatures without looking institutional. He was very patient with the time it took for the building's co-op board to approve the proposed work (I wanted a minor design change, and there was a lot of email correspondence and numerous changes of plan before the design I was asking for was cleared for installation - one narrow picture window was to be replaced with a double-hung window for better ventilation. It took FOUR MONTHS.) At last, the day finally came when the windows were to be installed. My son, who lives in the apartment, was delighted with the work, the quality of the new windows, the clean and professional job the installers did, and the wonderful light and air flow in the unit that he now enjoys. There was just one problem - due to the abundant and confusing amount of backing and forthing that had gone on over the design change, the picture window had been replaced with another picture window and not the double-hung for which we had contracted after finally winning approval after four solid months of wrangling with the management company and co-op board! We were exhausted by the whole process by then and were tempted to throw in the towel and stick with what we had, but I had done so much work to get the approval for that double-hung window that I decided to make the call to Ross Window and apologetically point out that a mistake had been made. They couldn't have been more gracious. They apologized profusely for the error, put in a rush order for a new double-hung window, and two weeks later came back to install it without a murmur of protest or any suggestion or attempt to charge us more. This is a company that does excellent work, takes pride in fulfilling its obligations, and demonstrates complete integrity. I am very happy we chose Ross Windows!“

I brought Laura six dining room chairs that were in need of padding! When I sat on them the twenty year of padding was no longer there so sitting was uncomfortable. Today, I picked up the cushions and I could not believe my eyes. The Workroom team did a truly professional job with the cushions. Our twenty year old cushions look new. My hubby bought the draw to the shop and they fixed it in a couple of days which was perfect because I was having my In-laws over for dinner that weekend. “Someone threw a brick at our window, leaving a gaping hole of defeat. That's how I felt every time I looked at it.

I was running other errands when I should have been looking for a glazier, then, while on Myrtle Ave, I look up and see this incredibly colorful, well-drawn "graffiti ad" on the side of a building wall - SAM THE GLAZIER. Somebody really needs to get SERIOUS POINTS for that artwork, first of all. Great idea! It snagged me.

Come to find out, they have a strong, proven track record, because my ol' man worked with them before, YEARS ago (25 he said). On the day we scheduled (here I go again) I had to run another errand. These guys called to confirm, and got to my house faster than me, and were FINISHED and ready to accept payment right when I got there! The glass was perfectly replaced. Kudos to them and being around well over 25 years. I see why!“
