This is the highlight and trim I got this morning. Truly regret going to this place. I feel my hair is choppy and not satisfied with quality of highlights. Embarrassed that I spent money here believing it would be of great quality. Highly upset to the point of crying that I got my hair done for vacation and it looks this poorly.

Vita is amazing at styling and cutting curly hair! I have 3c that is prone to dryness and frizz and she had no problem making sure my curls were hydrated and nourished! My hair is very thick as well. If you're a queens local consider coming here!! The service is great (good music, comfy vibes, and fast).

please know i feel embarrassed leaving a review, let alone a bad one. here we are, lol DO NOT GO HERE unless you see the owner, v, who is nice but can't micromanage all her employees a lot of reviews claim it’s overpriced but that’s the least of the concerns. they gave me the WORST haircut of my life. person had no idea what “layers” meant and questioned me when i asked for them. so many additional notes that i’ll spare but the main point is AVOID
