Have you tried the Salon at Ulta? Dominique is truly excellent. She’s done two silk presses for me, and each experience has been consistently great. She’s attentive, thoughtful, and clearly skilled. What I especially appreciate is that she recommends products when it genuinely makes sense for your hair, never pushy, never upselling, just informed, honest guidance that benefits both the client and Ulta. First time visiting and needing to buy my daughter in law a gift. Wow, every major brand, easy navigation throughout the store, staff was at your service. I want to make ownership aware that the security guard on duty Sunday December 21 at 5:30 was most professional, welcoming and polite. A friendly smile and hello immediately upon arriving and a hearty have a good evening upon departing. Cudos to HR, you hired a gem of a young man.

This store is understaffed, and the manager is unfriendly and unhelpful. It’s the third time I’ve visited, and I’ve never seen anyone on the floor to assist me. I was told to wait in line to ask the cashier to call someone to the floor, which was very odd, especially during the holiday season.
However, I’m glad I went back because the representative, Tasnim, was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. I have very hard-to-match skin tones, and she managed to find my color. She introduced me to a new brand and suggested products from other brands that work well with my undertone and skin type.
