EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICESNUMEROUS AMOUNT OF TIMES, 65 APTS., IN OUR BUILDING -THISPLUMBING COMPANY HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL & RESPONSIVE IN THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THEIR DUTIES.
Horrible customer service. Came to look at what needed to be done, claimed he didn't have the part, made an appointment to come back the next day and never showed up. Didn't even have the decency to return phone calls.
