Although this place is less crowded, it is also smaller. Their English is not so good, and they don't really speak Cantonese, either. So when I called them on the phone to ask for a specific service that was all booked up at my usual spot, they must have misunderstood. How am I to know they only do facials here? So they happily give me an appointment for 15 minutes from when I called. I walk over, only to find out then and there that they only offer limited services. While props to being able to give me any time slot I wanted, I am disappointed they couldn't actually serve me because they don't offer all services. So they wasted my time, essentially. I would come here again to try their facials.

I used to go to the location on Roosevelt Avenue, but because I drive so it's hard to find parking. For this location there's street parking near the front door. There was one time where my meter was about to run out but I was still in the middle of my facial, so my beautician went to add quarters and place the ticket on the dashboard for me, so thoughtful! If you don't have a package on your first visit, they'll talk to you while working on you to purchase the package deal. They'll introduce the other service type to you while they do your facial. My beautician is Shirley, she is very pretty and gentle. You need to make an appointment cuz there were a couple of times I walked in but can't get worked on, so you should call first. Sa sa has many branches in Flushing, Chinatown and Brooklyn. I think their prices are a little more expensive than other places in my opinion. Their bathrooms even have phone number you can give feedback about the work you just had done on you. I think it's pretty good system. If you are looking for specific machines, you can go to them. But if you're just doing basic cleaning, you can probably go to cheaper places.
